Front Office Representative to join our team in Los Angeles. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience at our office. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meeting rooms.
- Ensure security by following office protocols and managing access to the building.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and ordering supplies.
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
