About the Role
We are hiring an individual to lead Global Marketing in Typecast US. You will drive the growth of our AI products in global markets. Working directly with the CEO in our San Mateo office, your primary focus will be to analyze the current landscape, develop marketing strategies that attract creators to Typecast’s suite of AI tools, and take charge of executing these strategies directly. This is a highly cross-functional role, where you’ll also play a crucial part in influencing product development to meet consumer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement global marketing plans aligned with the predefined corporate business strategy.
- Lead and execute SEO strategies, focusing on content-driven initiatives that boost brand visibility and expand market share.
- Conduct thorough assessments of the current product and marketing efforts, identifying key areas for improvement and implementing actionable steps.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure that consumer insights and feedback are integrated into product development.
- Elevate brand awareness through compelling storytelling, social media management, and strategic PR initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a global marketing team, driving performance and fostering collaboration across teams.
- Develop and manage targeted email and lifecycle marketing strategies to nurture leads, deliver personalized experiences, and boost engagement throughout the customer journey.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, specializing in SEO and content marketing.
- Hands on experience and demonstrated success in SEO, PR, and storytelling within a technology-driven environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of performance marketing, including the execution of paid keyword campaigns and the implementation of SEM/SEO strategies.
- Experience in executing go-to-market marketing plans for early-stage tech products.
- Strong interest in AI trends, especially in content creation and audio/video generation technologies, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and lead a marketing team.
- Proficient in creator tools like Adobe, Canva, and Figma, with a solid understanding of their user communities and ecosystems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders across different teams, especially with a deep understanding of both Korean and U.S. cultural and business environments.
