About the role
Ragie is looking for an early Lead to drive our Growth Marketing, Lead Generation and broader Marketing Efforts. You’ll own all of our growth and product marketing initiatives, working closely with leadership on broader messaging, new product launches, defining and implementing our brand voice. We’re looking for an analytically minded leader with a drive to uncover data and insights through experimentation. You are comfortable leading from the ground up at an early-stage startup and partnering closely with Product, Sales and other customer facing teams.
What we're looking for:
- Growth or Performance marketing experience for a product-led SaaS company
- Experience Marketing to Developers
- Excellent communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking to a wide range of needs and audiences
- Understanding of marketing functions in a B2B environment (i.e., field marketing, digital marketing, etc.)
- Proficient in product analytics, in-app messaging and conversational marketing tools
- Marketing Automation experience
- Analytical acumen and experience using tools to report on performance
- Proven program and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work successfully with little guidance and comfort navigating ambiguity
- Cross-culturally aware and sensitive to working with remote teams
- Experience in Category creation is a plus
Responsibilities
- Continuously improve messaging and targeting to ICP audiences
- Lead email marketing strategies and optimization for engagement and acquisition
- Execute performance marketing campaigns, including ongoing optimization in channels like LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, others.
- Lead and execute the development of experiments and marketing campaigns
- Own the development and optimization of inbound and outbound acquisition channels
