Soni is partnering with an AI focused software development company in Austin, Texas. Our client is looking to add a Help Desk Specialist who has strong communication skills and a desire to join a rapidly-growing team. As the Help Desk Specialist, you will be tasked with:
- Supporting Azure GCC High environment and ticketing efforts
- Leverage MS 365 portal and Mail portal
- Focus on various critical IT Infrastructure technologies emphasizing Root Cause Identification and Resolution
- Administrate, implement, and maintain software and server operating systems
- Collaborate directly IT team, executives and other leadership to cultivate IT-driven workforce
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge and experience with MS365 stack
- Ticketing systems knowledge (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.)
Preferred Skills:
- MS Azure GCCC High environment experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills / executive presence
Compensation: $50,000 - 60,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
