Soni is partnering with an AI focused software development company in Austin, TX. Our client is looking to add a Lead Systems Administrator who demonstrates both the technical expertise and leadership skillset to make an impact.
If you are an experienced Systems Administrator / IT Support Specialist with strong communication skills and have a desire to join a rapidly-growing team and ultimately be groomed to management, this position is for you.
As the Lead Systems Administrator, you will be tasked with:
- Managing and maintaining our Azure GCC High environment
- Managing endpoint security (Crowdstrike)
- Act as the first line of defense by managing ticketing and escalation (Jira) and be expected to manage an upcoming migration for our ticketing system to ServiceNow
- Collaborate directly with executives and other leadership to cultivate our IT-driven workforce
Requirements:
- MS Azure GCCC High environment experience
- Endpoint Security Proficiency (Crowdstrike)
- Ticketing Systems Knowledge (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.)
- Must have active security clearance / certification (CompSec, CompTIA Sec+, etc.)
Preferred Skills:
- MS-102 Cert (or equivalent MS 365 Administrator experience)
- Strong communication and presentation skills / executive presence
Compensation: $85,000 - 115,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
