Title: Project Manager - Risk Modelling implementation
Length: 1 year contract to start - chance to extend
Location: Toronto - role is hybrid - 50% in office
Pay Rate: $55-$68/Hr (T4), $65-$82/Hr (INC)
Must haves:
- Strong, seasoned PM
- YOE ate least 5+
- Banking experience is a must
- Ideally Commercial Banking experience
- Risk Modelling implementation experience
- Deftly handled complex data and analytics projects
- Risk modeling projects
- Credit adjudication (preferably commercial credit)
- Process improvement projects
Role Description:
- Leads assigned projects from project initiation to implementation to achieve desired business results.
- Ensures that a successful business outcome is the prime measure of project success including delivering projects on time, within budget, within quality standards and to the satisfaction of the project sponsor.
- Drives to mitigate execution risk to achieve the desired business outcomes.
- Understands the business/group and facilitates communication with other program/project managers and stakeholders efficiently and effectively.
- Directs, manages, and coordinates team members including other project managers, business and technology resources, user groups, internal and external consultants, and contractors, as well as vendors and external regulatory organizations.
Experience & Skill Requirements:
- 5 + years as a PM
- Looking for a Project Manager with experience within the Risk Modelling implementation space.
- Commercial Banking and Risk Modelling experience
- PMP certifications nice to have
- MBA nice to have, post-secondary education must have, Business or Finance preferred
- PMP preferred
