Job Description:
This individual will help us to craft a story of customer behavior through the search & browse shopping experience, demonstrating where there are points of friction or opportunities to improve/innovate. This person will consult with our Implementations group on the requirements of our analytics, as well as help craft when we need to create / adjust any metrics or definitions.
What does success look like in this role:
Someone who is able to dive into complex analytic problems and drive toward accuracy and clarity in understanding. This person will be able to collaborate across many teams and tell a connected story about what is happening in Search, Product cards or PDPs.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborating with Search & Product PMs on performance trends at a high level, connecting how AB tests are adjusting our overall KPI tracking, identifying north star metrics & ensuring our implementation and definition of analytics is sound, and helping to identify new opportunities based on customer insights.
Key business questions being addressed:
- How might we build confidence in the accuracy of our analytics through how they are captured and reported?
- How might we drive better alignment on consistent application of analytics across CX?
- How might we accelerate the speed in which we can implement analytics by removing barriers and optimizing workflows?
- How might we enable product teams to analyze performance in an easy way so our Digital Insights Analyst can focus on complex analyses and new metrics?
Key Responsibilities:
- Savings and Loyalty Analyst who will be partnering with the client
- Working in Adobe building dashboards
- Must have PowerBI experience
- Pull data from corporate and/or division systems as needed
- Perform selected and/or required key analysis as needed
- Maintain store and/or department-level database
- Develop and maintain store/department savings estimate model and database
- Ensure rollouts and best practices support and align with the Customer 1st strategy
- Demonstrate leadership within the team structure and during activities
- Create management capabilities and processes that sustain continuous improvement
- Summarize and communicate an analysis that provides best practices recommendations to the business owner and team
- Travel to divisions and stores to observe, create performance measurements and summarize observations
