Renu Partners is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, managing administrative tasks, and supporting daily operations to create a productive work environment. This position is ideal for someone who excels in multitasking, problem-solving, and maintaining a well-organized and efficient office space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a clean, organized, and functional work environment.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships, ensuring timely replenishment and cost-effective purchasing.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and improvements as needed.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for staff and management.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, including setting up workstations and providing office orientation.
- Support HR with administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and handling benefits administration.
- Ensure office compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail distribution.
- Assist with budget management, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for executives and staff as needed.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely responses.
- Support special projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with office management procedures, budgeting, and basic accounting.
- Experience in human resources or payroll administration is a plus.
