Qualifications
- HS diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's degree preferred and 3 years of experience performing customer service, administrative duties, and/or collection/recovery efforts within a financial institution required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume, call center environment
- Excellent listening, oral - written communication skills with attention to detail
- Professional phone etiquette and persuasive negotiation skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and informed of changes in policy and procedures
- Microsoft Windows and Internet-based applications experience required
- Performance Measurements may include meeting required metric standards monthly, daily Scorecard, monthly recovery targets set by the department
- Willing to work flexible schedules, weekends, and overtime as necessary to meet business needs
