Job Summary:
The Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting local clients by consistently providing exceptional customer service and fostering strong relationships with both clients and candidates. This role will focus on building and maintaining a talent pool in the local area, ensuring that candidates are excited about the roles, and are prepared to meet client expectations. The Onsite Account Coordinator will manage client requirements, handle candidate submissions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and operational excellence.
This is a part-time hybrid role, with visit to client sites when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
· Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned local clients, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of inquiries or issues.
· Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring they are well-prepared and enthusiastic about job opportunities. Provide guidance throughout the hiring process to increase their likelihood of success.
· Talent Pool Development: Actively engage in building a talent pool of qualified candidates in the local area, maintaining a network of potential contingent workers for current and future client needs.
· Client Requirements Management: Understand and respond promptly to client requirements by providing timely, high-quality resume submissions. Monitor submissions, interviews, and offers to ensure client satisfaction.
· Collaboration with Recruiting Team: Work closely with recruiting teams to match qualified candidates with client job openings, ensuring that all job requirements are met effectively.
· Interview Preparation & Onboarding Coordination: Prepare candidates for interviews by providing essential information and support. Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure all new hires have a smooth and timely start.
· Performance Monitoring: Monitor candidate performance to ensure they are meeting client expectations. Address any performance-related issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
· Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyze reports to measure productivity, track key metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement. Use insights from these reports to adjust strategies and improve outcomes for both clients and candidates.

· Ethical and professional conduct in all interactions.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), email, and web browsers.
Education/Experience:
· High School Diploma required; some college coursework preferred.
· Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Minimum of three (3) years of industry-related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
