About The Role
As a
Customer Service Representative with Tremron you are responsible for:
- Providing in-person and on-the-phone customer service to our contractors and customers.
- Providing technical assistance for installing and maintaining the products we sell.
- Creating accurate and complete invoices/sales orders.
- Working with Outside Sales Representatives.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining knowledge of products and their applications.
- Knowing competitor products.
- Assisting with dispatching and transportation requests.
- Scheduling deliveries.
- Completing daily paperwork.
About You
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Some Logistic experience would be preferred.
- Good organizational and communication skills,
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortability walking through manufacturing yards (which may be a dirtier/outdoor environment).
