Role Description
This is a full-time remote role as a Customer Service Representative. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting clients with inquiries, providing information about financial products, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include handling incoming calls, responding to emails, and addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.

- Experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus
