Legendairy Milk was founded in 2016 by Luna Aziz when she struggled with breastfeeding and began growing, grinding and encapsulating combinations of natural herbs to enhance her milk supply. She began selling on Etsy to help other moms and, with the addition of her husband, Joe Feehan, grew the company to an omni-channel company, selling multiple lactation-related products through major retailers, distributors, Amazon and DTC. The company has grown to 35+ employees located at our headquarters in Austin, Texas and our fulfillment and distribution warehouse in east Austin. The Company is heavily focused on new product development and marketing initiatives to meet growth milestones over the next few years and has expanded the product suite to baby and women's health vitamins and supplements.

Job Description
Optimize the supply chain operations of the company consisting of ingredient procurement, planning and shipping to co-mans and co-man (contract manufacturers) production planning, management and logistics. Coordinate with and support multiple departments and successfully communicate with teams. Build relationships with suppliers and co-mans to ensure production timelines are achieved. Implement sustainable processes, documentation and best practices across all supply chain tasks. Implement an inventory planning and monitoring automated process to optimize inventory levels. Develop, train and manage the supply chain team.
Responsibilities
- Annual and monthly omni-channel inventory forecasting
- Annual ingredient and packaging supplier and co-man forecasting and blanket annual PO planning
- Negotiate supplier and co-man contract terms and pricing
- Monitor inventory levels across all sales channels to avoid stock outs and optimize in warehouse and Amazon inventory levels
- Develop and manage ingredient supplier and co-man relationships to work through issues, evaluate performance and provide accountability and stability in inventory production and availability
- Coordinate with and support the sales team to meet retailer forecasting needs
- Coordinate with and support the product development team through new supplier and co-man sourcing and onboarding activities
- Transition new product supply chain activities from the product development team to the supply chain team after launch
- Coordinate with and support the quality and reg team with product specs, testing and certification requirements
- Coordinate with the marketing team on label and packaging updates and timing of POs
- Coordinate with the accounting team for monthly close activities related to complete and accurate inventory receipts, builds, invoices and costing and valuation analyses
- Implement the inventory planning module (or some functions) in NetSuite to add more automation to inventory planning
- Implement standardized processes and documentation of supply chain tasks
- Manage, develop and train the supply chain team on best practices and standardization of tasks and processes
Qualifications
Minimum Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree related to supply chain management from an accredited college or university
- 3+ years in a supply chain leadership and team management role
- 2+ years NetSuite (or equivalent ERP) inventory planning module experience
- High proficiency in complex Excel functions and large data sets (i.e. pivot tables, V/X lookups, large data organization and analysis)
- Significant experience with the management of co-man and material supplier relationships
Preference May be Given to:
- Omni-channel inventory management experience (Amazon, DTC, Retail, TikTok Shop and Grocer)
- Consumable ingredient sourcing, formulation, and product specs
- Amazon Seller Central, Shopify and TikTok Shop software platform experience
