As the SEO Account Manager, you’ll be the primary contact for clients in our SEO program, helping contractors achieve their online marketing goals by simplifying SEO communication and ensuring a smooth process between clients and our SEO team.

What You’ll Do
As part of our team, here’s what you’ll do:
- Client Success Manager: Serve as the main point of contact for clients in our SEO program. Build strong relationships by managing expectations, addressing concerns, and ensuring clients understand how SEO contributes to their business growth.
- SEO Communicator: Break down SEO performance metrics such as traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions in a way that’s easy for clients to understand, so they know the value we bring.
- Content Strategist Liaison: Based on data, provide clear guidance to content writers on topics and keywords that align with the client's goals and best SEO practices.
- Growth Advocate: Identify opportunities for upsells or additional services based on client needs and SEO potential, ensuring continued value and minimizing churn.
- Team Liaison: Ensure smooth communication between clients and the SEO team, guaranteeing that SEO strategies are implemented as planned and meet client expectations.
Who We’re Looking For
We don’t just want “anyone” for this role. Here’s what we’re eager to see in you:
- Client-Facing Experience: You have 1-2 years of experience in client-facing roles like account management, sales, or customer service. Building trust and client relationships is part of your DNA.
- SEO Expertise: With at least 2 years of hands-on SEO experience, you understand the fundamentals of on-page optimization, keyword research, technical SEO, and analytics.
- Marketing Simplifier: You can simplify complex SEO concepts into digestible insights for clients who may not be familiar with the technical side of SEO.
- Relationship-Driven: You are motivated by helping clients grow their businesses through effective SEO strategies.
- HubSpot Experience (Preferred): If you’ve used HubSpot or similar CRMs, you’ll have a leg up in managing client communications and tracking progress.
