We're on a mission to revolutionize the way users interact with our product and are looking for a talented Full Stack Software Engineer to join our small, dynamic team. Our engineers wear many hats, working across product development, design, and implementation, making a tangible impact on the end-to-end lifecycle of the product.
The Role
As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications. You will take full ownership of features from concept to production, ensuring the highest level of quality and performance. As a core part of a small but powerful engineering team, you will have a direct influence on product decisions and direction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of new features, ensuring scalability and user-centered design.
- Work on the full stack, from back-end services to front-end web interfaces, utilizing Python/Django, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with the team on research, design, and iteration, contributing to the entire product lifecycle.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, and review code written by other team members.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure the highest performance and user experience.
- Engage in product support, addressing issues and deploying fixes quickly as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and actively contribute to shaping the company's tech stack.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of commercial experience in a full stack software engineering role, ideally in a start-up or big tech environment.
- Strong expertise in Python/Django for back-end development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for building interactive, responsive front-end applications.
- Experience running end-to-end in a product-focused environment—design, implementation, and support.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with agile development practices and a collaborative mindset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a hybrid environment, splitting time between office and remote work.
