About The Role
We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable Data Analyst responsible for managing payment processing data and providing quality assurance. This role involves processing confidential data according to guidelines, developing reports and analyses, and managing the reporting environment. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and project management skills, proficiency in analytics tools, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage payment processing data
- Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analysts if necessary
- Process confidential data and information according to guidelines
- Help develop reports and analyses
- Manage and design the reporting environment, including data sources and security
- Support the data admin in identifying and revising reporting requirements
- Generate reports from multiple systems
- Troubleshoot the reporting database environment and reports
Education/Experience Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content and narratives
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in analytics tools and metrics to measure the success of the products
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively
