Job Description
- Source data from internal/external customers/stakeholders. Data model, transform data and set up schemas to stage data into department analytical layer (internal/external sources). Develop new KPI dashboards and refine existing ones to monitor progress/improvement. Perform analyses to identify pain points/opportunity and measure outcomes against department/company goals and objectives. Evaluate trends and conduct forecasts to guide deployment of resources/areas of intervention. Present findings/insights to customers, solicit input/feedback from customers to bridge unmet needs and deliver on continuous value add & improvement.
- Adherence of Cozeva (quality improvement/risk adjustment platform) 2022 roadmap (through analytical/data support) by driving adoption of target/assigned provider sites through engagement team (internal Provider Engagement vs. vendor), attainment of e-payment signup rate for eligible providers by incentive program (RAF/HIP), completion of provider EHR integrations (priority providers), and ingestion of critical member/provider (SDoH, alternate contact, provider attributions etc.) data in Cozeva. Timely publication of KPI/executive dashboards [not an exhaustive list].
- System access configuration, compliance learning modules, training/shadowing sessions and attend Zoom technical/strategy meetings
Required Skills
Advanced SQL, programming, RDMS, data modeling, data warehouse/data lake (i.e., Teradata, Snowflake) and proficiency with execution of ETL/ELT jobs.
Strong data analysis, business intelligence (BI), dashboard development, and data visualization and reporting (i.e., MS Power BI highly preferred. MicroStrategy/Tableau acceptable). Experience migrating KPI dashboards to Power BI cloud highly preferred (Workspace/App)
Articulate and present insights from analyses to non-technical customers and cross-functional internal teams alike. Acuity to detail.
Preferred Skills
Managed care/healthcare industry experience, specifically related to quality improvement (HEDIS/Star rating) and risk adjustment (HCC capture/RAF scores etc.) highly preferred.
Forecasting/predictive analytics (i.e., SAS, R etc.)
Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems, encounter/capitated claims, and/or health information exchanges (HIEs)
Software Skills
SQL (proficient Teradata SQL Assistant/Terada Studio, Snowflake or similar) [star/Snowflake schema], Business Intelligence (advanced MS Power BI [i.e., DAX/M/Workspace] or similar), Office Suite (strong Excel/Access), ETL (i.e., Teradata Fast Load/Toad Data Point, Informatica or similar), Python (advance programing/process automation experience highly preferred
