We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to join our client's team for a hybrid role based in Philadelphia. You will play a key role in shaping the user experience for enterprise-level applications, ensuring seamless interaction and intuitive design across complex digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the UX design process, from research and wireframing to prototyping and final implementation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs align with business goals and user needs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to continually improve the user experience.
- Design and iterate on wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms.
- Ensure consistency in design patterns, visual styles, and branding across large-scale projects.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in an enterprise environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work for complex digital systems.
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Solid understanding of UX best practices, user-centered design, and research methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts to various stakeholders.
- Experience working in agile development environments is a plus.
