Description
Are you passionate about HR systems and eager to support a dynamic team? We are seeking an HRIS Analyst with hands-on experience in the SuccessFactor Learning Module (LMS) to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will work with the backend of LMS systems, manage data, and generate reports to support our HR department.
Key Responsibilities
- System Maintenance & Support (20%): Assist with the review, testing, and implementation of HRIS system upgrades and patches. Work closely with both functional and technical teams to ensure smooth application of upgrades or fixes.
- Data Management & Reporting (50%): Analyze, test, debug, document, and maintain the External Workforce system and other related HR systems. Create and manage custom reports, ensuring data integrity by running queries and performing analyses.
- User Support & Training (10%): Develop and maintain various reports and queries to meet ongoing needs. Support the development of standard reports and assist with training HRIS users on data entry conventions and coding structures.
- System Integrity & Security (20%): Maintain the HRIS's integrity, security, and performance. Audit data to ensure accuracy and monitor adherence to established controls. Ensure user interactions comply with policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience: Solid experience with the backend of LMS systems, including uploading SCORM files, breaking down details by business unit, and pulling reports and data.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Proficient in creating and managing reports.
- Attitude: A positive demeanor with a willingness to learn and support additional HRIS tasks as needed.
- Availability: Reliable transportation and the ability to work an 8-hour shift between 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, both onsite and remote.
- Preferred: Candidates with a Level 3 proficiency or higher in HRIS systems are preferred.
Additional Information
This role offers a hybrid work schedule with 2-3 days onsite and 2-3 days remote. Initially, there may be a need for more onsite days to get up to speed, as training will be limited.
