Job Description
- Consult with clients and stakeholders to define project controls, ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Draft and manage contracts for consultants, specialists, and contractors, including handling endorsements, amendments, and change orders.
- Oversee consultant services, including the review of drawings, specifications, and work supervision to ensure project specifications are met.
- Attend site meetings with professionals and subcontractors to ensure project alignment, resolve issues, and maintain progress.
- Monitor project costs, manage change orders, and supervise all site activities to stay within budget and schedule.
- Contribute to the development and updating of project schedules and actively participate in contract negotiations.
- Manage customer and subcontractor payment requests, review shop drawings and samples, and address technical questions related to plans and specifications.
- Monitor and resolve conflicts detected during BIM project execution and ensure effective handling of project deficiencies and amendments.

The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing ICI projects in a General Contracting environment.
- Solid understanding of construction processes, building codes, and industry standards.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Preferred: Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; PMP certification or similar is a plus.
