Key Responsibilities
- Organize, file, and maintain physical and electronic documents.
- Retrieve files and documents as requested by staff.
- Ensure all files are labeled and stored according to company guidelines.
- Perform routine checks to ensure files are complete and up to date.
- Assist with scanning, photocopying, and digitizing documents.
- Help manage file archiving and destruction processes as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to support administrative needs.
- Perform other general clerical duties as required.
