Job Summary:
The Quality Control Manager (QCM) will ensure that all services provided under the Education Liaison Services contract meet the standards outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The QCM will develop, implement, and monitor the Quality Control Plan (QCP) and ensure compliance with the contract’s requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the project’s Quality Control Plan (QCP)
- Monitor the quality of services delivered by the project team, including market analysis, educational outreach, and school engagement
- Perform regular reviews of project deliverables and ensure they meet the required performance standards
- Ensure compliance with government policies and the project’s Performance Work Statement (PWS)
- Work closely with the Project Manager to address any quality issues or service deficiencies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in quality management, business administration, or a related field
- 5+years of experience in quality control or assurance, preferably within government contracting or educational services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
**Occasional Travel to New York may be required
