Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager with a background in interactive web applications or SaaS product management to help evolve our cutting-edge customer interaction analytics solutions. This role is at the forefront of a rapidly growing field in customer experience management technology, where you will play a key role in innovating and delivering the most advanced and user-friendly products to the market.
By conducting interviews and observations, you will gain a deep understanding of user processes, workflows, objectives, and challenges. From this insight, you will build and prioritize a backlog of enhancements that shape the future of our products. Collaboration is vital, as you will create wireframes and work with the UI design team to effectively communicate product capabilities to developers, executives, and beta customers. Utilizing agile methodologies, you will collaborate with developers to ensure efficient delivery of product features, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from kickoff to launch.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conducting voice of customer research by interacting with user groups, customers, and non-customers.
- Identifying and documenting market problems and requirements.
- Prioritizing the product backlog and communicating those priorities across the organization.
- Detailing epics and breaking down stories to ensure they are development-ready.
- Creating wireframes and delivering UI mockups in collaboration with the design team.
- Managing planning sprints and sprint review meetings.
- Attending daily standups, providing feedback on implemented features.
- Managing the entire product lifecycle, including product launch.
- Conducting market, industry, and competitive analysis.
Requirements
- Experience & Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus).
- 5-8 years of experience in product management, particularly in AI or machine learning.
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., GPT, DALL-E).
- Proven experience in remote work environments.
- Technical Skills:
- Understanding of AI and Machine Learning Concepts.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau).
- Experience with APIs, especially those related to AI and machine learning.
- Proven track record in product lifecycle management.
