STARK is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Experience Representative role at STARK in Naples. This is an onsite position that requires you to interact with our clients and ensure they have a seamless and positive experience. You will also assist our Sales and Operations teams with various store functions and data entry. Job Responsibilities:
- Enter data into our system and record all sales in our Order Entry System.
- Assist our Sales and Operations teams with all store functions.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any inquiries.
- Schedule appointments with our workrooms.
- Answer the showroom’s main line, take and relay messages, and transfer calls.
- Respond to general inquiries from the public via phone and in person as necessary.
- Receive visitors in the reception area and announce their arrival to appropriate parties.
- Ensure the showroom is presentable by stocking water bottles, refilling candy bowls, and placing order pads on tables.
- Assist clients with checking out and returning inventory.
- Help with broadloom tag labeling and maintain the Cut Broadloom ordering spreadsheet.
- Manage the Broadloom Rack information and create labels for the Broadloom.
- Assist with control of sample sign-in/sign-out.
- Manage the showroom calendar on Microsoft Outlook.
- Perform other administrative responsibilities such as invoice filing.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other office software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
