Higginbotham, a privately held, independent insurance and financial services firm that ranks within the top 20 nationwide, has an immediate opening for an Data Integrity Coordinator for our Fort Worth, TX office.
The responsibility of the Data Integrity Coordinator is to provide data entry support to internal account coordinators, account managers and producers to ensure that data in the agency management system is complete and accurate.
Essential Tasks:
- Performs data entry into the internal agency management system by proficiently gathering, processing, and entering information.
- Review and dissect data in a variety of formats for collection and for deficiencies/errors.
- Able to communicate timely and effectively with detail & documentation to account coordinators, account managers & producers, as well as to direct reporting manager.
- Generate and QA reports from the agency management system to initiate data intake process.
- Prioritize agency management system quality assurance to accomplish established agency goals.
Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Very knowledgeable in Microsoft Office products
- Strong general computer and internet skills
- Ability to learn new software systems
- Strong organization skills and task-oriented
- Very detail oriented
- Committed team player with the ability to work independently
Experience and Education:
- Undergraduate degree
- Commitment to continuous learning
- Industry knowledge is a plus but not required
Physical Requirements:
- Repeated use of sight to read documents and computer screens
- Repeated use of hearing and speech to communicate on telephone and in person
- May be required to lift files, packages, etc. of up to 20 pounds
- Work independently and remain focused in a cubicle environment
