We are seeking remote customer service representatives who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a member of our team, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, utilizing provided tools to document interactions accurately. Upholding company policies with integrity, you will ensure a positive experience for both customers and our organization.
Job Duties
- Conducting data entry and capturing information
- Upselling products and services as appropriate
- Scheduling appointments in a customer-oriented manner
- Maintaining knowledge of campaign offerings and promotions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience, including use of automatic dialers and call scripting
- Clear, professional, and friendly communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on active listening
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Sales experience preferred
- High School diploma or GED
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency
- Experience in outbound environments is advantageous
