Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence from prospective and existing clients
- Serve as a liaison between clients, insurance companies, estimators, and the repair team
- Maintain accurate records of parts and client information
- Facilitate timely communication between the repair team and clients to address any concerns or issues
- Resolve client inquiries and problems efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels
- Assist in the procurement of supplies for both the repair center and administrative office
- Provide outstanding customer service while supporting essential administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service and administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in automotive dealerships or collision repair centers is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-stress situations
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
