CEO will be responsible for shaping the growth path of The Circle Restaurant Group & takes major decisions for the success the organization. A CEO works as a main channel of communication between board of directors (currently there are no board members) & company operations. He is visionary and gives a clear picture about how company is working & where it is going in a period of time. CEO takes almost most of the decisions. The person is responsible of formulating the long-term holistic and sustainable growth plan and evaluating the earning, operational results as well as making key decisions and executing the culture of the company.

Responsibilities

3rd round presentation, coffee chat on topics: loyalty marketing strategy planning, acquisition, pricing strategy, 1-year roadmap planning (Marketing, Customer success), future sustainability, social responsibility priorities and 3-year strategy vision.

- Between $40,000-$80,000 (this is still in the very beginning of the startup phase)
- Negotiable
- Annual performance bonus targeted at 10%-20% tied to annual earnings result by the end of 2026
