DRAGONFLY is a dynamic startup with an exciting growth trajectory, working at the intersection of technology and film/television production. We are looking for an outstanding Executive Coordinator to play a key role in supporting leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative tasks including managing paperwork, filing & reporting
- Maintain and organize schedules & appointments
- Assist with preparing documents, presentations & reports
- Support project management and liaise with internal & external partners
- Coordinate domestic & international travel
- Assist in organizing meetings, taking minutes & follow up action items
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Key Qualifications
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills, especially when handling administrative tasks & paperwork
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills. Professional demeanor and presentation
- Self starter with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Must have reliable transportation (vehicle)
- Ability to work in a fast paced, startup environment and eager to grow with the company
- Willingness & ability to travel domestically & internationally as needed
Preferred
- Experience or knowledge of film/televison production
