This contract-to-permanent opportunity allows you to leverage your sales support expertise in a dynamic role where you can make a significant impact. The position is primarily remote, although ideally based in Chicago, Illinois, offering the chance to collaborate with teammates from various locations.
Responsibilities
- Guide Sales Prospects: Assist potential clients through our CRM pipeline, ensuring a smooth and informed journey.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with our Program Team to assign labor for projects and help develop Scopes of Work.
- Customer Feedback: Follow up with customers after service delivery to capture their feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Proposal Management: Oversee our Proposal Inbox, identify promising public bid opportunities, and assist in proposal development.
- Campaign Management: Create and manage direct mail campaigns, and conduct outreach efforts to engage new clients.
- Special Projects: Take on special projects as needed, contributing to various aspects of our sales and support operations.
- Credit Records: Maintain accurate customer credit records and process credit applications efficiently.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by answering inbound calls and addressing inquiries with professionalism.
Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales support or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in ADP - Financial Services, Configure Price Quote (CPQ), and CRM systems. Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions is essential.
- Software Familiarity: Experience with About Time software is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with aptitude for handling inbound calls and delivering excellent customer service.
- Additional Skills: Experience in auditing, billing functions, and Salesforce Development. Ability to manage special projects independently and handle direct mail campaigns effectively.
