Position Overview: We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Part-Time Fashion Operations & Inventory Coordinator. This role offers the flexibility to work with your schedule while providing a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both fashion operations and inventory management. You will work closely with our founders and team, contributing to the daily operations, inventory control, and digital content creation. This part-time position has the potential to grow into a full-time role based on performance and company needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management:
- Receive, log, and organize new inventory with precision.
- Document measurements, assess the condition of items, and prepare inventory for presentation and shipment.
- Assist with steaming, photographing, and editing images of inventory items.
- Operations Support:
- Assist with operations management, maintaining organization, and overseeing inventory control.
- Support the planning and execution of various tasks, including errands related to business operations.
- Collaborate on small projects to enhance business operations and customer experience.
- Digital Content & Customer Interaction:
- Manage social media accounts, particularly Instagram, to promote inventory and engage with our audience.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
- Prepare and contribute to client presentations.

Requirements:
- Availability for at least two days a week of in-person work, with flexibility in scheduling.
- Must have a car and live in Los Angeles
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable with technology and digital tools; experience with Adobe Photoshop, Shopify, Excel/Google Sheets is a plus.
- A passion for vintage fashion and a desire for professional growth within the company.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in an environment where dogs are present.
