We are seeking a talented and dedicated Program Manager to support an innovative Instructor Certification Program within the Deep Learning Institute. This full-time contract position is based in Santa Clara, CA, with the flexibility of remote work options. The role offers competitive hourly pay ranging from \(85 to \)95, based on experience, education, and location, along with comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and a dynamic work culture.
As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our instructor ecosystem. You will help shape and improve technical training and certification programs that equip developers, data scientists, and researchers with the skills to tackle real-world challenges using artificial intelligence (AI) and accelerated computing. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key point of contact for the instructor community, communicating updates on course offerings, workshop changes, application statuses, and program benefits.
- Organize and manage instructor applications, enabling quick, data-driven decisions by principal instructors.
- Collaborate with educational services partners to support instructor candidates through application, certification, and program updates.
- Handle instructor payments using various systems and tools, including PayPal and Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain complete and accurate instructor information, contributing to robust reporting and an up-to-date public instructor directory.
- Continuously evaluate and refine existing processes for greater efficiency, effectiveness, and improved results.
- Respond to ad-hoc inquiries from the instructor community, providing timely and helpful support.
