Responsibilities
We are seeking a seasoned CRM Domain Expert (SME) with extensive experience in evaluating, implementing, and optimizing CRM platforms from both business and technology perspectives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the marketing, sales, and service tracks within CRM and have successfully led multiple platform implementations. As a CRM SME, you will play a critical role in guiding our clients through the entire CRM implementation lifecycle, addressing challenges, and providing strategic solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CRM implementations across various platforms, with a focus on delivering end-to-end solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and executives to align CRM strategies with business objectives.
- Evaluate and vet CRM platforms, providing expert recommendations based on business and technology needs.
- Lead the implementation process, advising clients on best practices, potential challenges, and effective workarounds.
- Ensure seamless integration and optimization of CRM systems across marketing, sales, and service functions.
- Work closely with 3-5 cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and efficient CRM solutions.
- Maintain client confidentiality throughout the engagement and protect sensitive information.
- Provide strategic insights into CRM trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the client's CRM ecosystem.
- Deliver tailored business and technical recommendations to ensure the CRM system supports the client's business needs effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CRM expert, with a broad understanding of various CRM platforms (not limited to one specific package).
- Demonstrated ability to lead CRM implementations from both business and technology perspectives.
- Expertise in marketing, sales, and service tracks within CRM platforms.
- Strong experience in working with multiple teams (business, technical, executive) to drive successful CRM implementations.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a business-friendly manner.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to foresee challenges and develop strategic solutions.
- Prior experience in working with sensitive client information and maintaining confidentiality.

Additional Responsibilities
- Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
