Job Description
As an Executive Search Associate, you will play a crucial role in our recruitment process, focusing on identifying and attracting high-caliber executives for our clients. This position requires a blend of research acumen, networking skills, and client management abilities to successfully deliver top executive talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify and approach potential candidates for executive positions.
- Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts to source high-quality candidates.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to understand client needs and job specifications.
- Craft compelling job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Manage the candidate selection process, including screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates to clients.
- Provide ongoing support and communication to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and CRM system.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market intelligence to provide valuable insights to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, executive search, or a related field. Previous experience in executive search or headhunting is highly desirable.
- Strong research skills and the ability to analyze and understand complex business needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM tools.
