Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or a technical discipline or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
- Experience identifying mobile solutions to solve business challenges.
- Strong understanding of agile principles and experience with agile product teams.
- Experience with Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) standards and best practices.
- Knowledge of mobile-related products/applications such as Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager.
- In-depth knowledge of Apple iOS and Android operating systems.
- Experience with integrating mobile platforms with cloud-based services.
Representative Duties and Tasks
- Utilize a deep understanding of the mobility landscape to establish a clear vision for enhancing the organization's mobile capabilities.
- Act as a mobility spokesperson, establishing a "mobile first" mindset.
- Maintain a roadmap for mobile services and capabilities, setting product roadmaps and driving value realization.
- Lead initiatives to analyze complex business problems for IT and internal customers.
- Engage regularly with business and IT leadership teams to identify opportunities for mobile solutions.
- Translate business needs into fully developed user stories.
- Partner with IT SMEs to drive productivity and employee satisfaction through effective mobile solutions.
- Develop communication and training programs around mobile services.
Skills
- Experience documenting functional and technical requirements for mobile solutions.
- Knowledge of cyber security best practices and compliance requirements specific to the defense industry.
- Strong oral/written communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with independent judgment and minimal supervision.
- Exceptional ability to motivate transformational change to diverse audiences.
