The role involves the administrative management of multiple construction projects, focusing on daily management tasks including change orders, submittals, procurement, and adherence to schedules and cost control. Responsibilities also include:
- Reviewing project scope, specifications, and architectural drawings for accuracy.
- Developing a cost-effective plan and schedule for project completion, including buy-outs and close-outs.
- Performing additional assignments as directed by company management.
