Part Time Office Assistant

Thursdays & Fridays
£12.50 per hour
This role, as part of a job share, is varied, providing assistance to the accounting function and also general office administration support
The role of Part Time Office Assistant includes:-
- Data entry for accounts, including updating Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, Purchase Orders etc
- Supporting the Reception function, including greeting visitors, accepting small deliveries, etc
- General office administration support as needed
To be considered for the role of Part Time Office Assistant, you should have:-
- Experience within an accounts admin type role, with a good head for numbers
- Attention to detail
- A knowledge of Sage or Xero would be beneficial
- General administration experience
This role is a job share, so the ability to work and support is essential
