Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our Chat & Bots product suite, including our innovative AI-powered chatbot and native live chat product. You will play a vital role in developing solutions that meet customer needs and create meaningful business impact.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, is essential to deliver impactful products that align with the company's goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and goals by leveraging customer insights, market research, and business objectives.
- Prioritize the product roadmap, develop product requirements, and oversee the development process from concept to launch.
- Use data—both quantitative (metrics, analytics) and qualitative (user feedback, research)—to drive product decision-making.
- Foster strong collaboration with key stakeholders, including executives, engineering, design teams, sales, and marketing, to align objectives and ensure the successful delivery of products.
Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of product management experience or a related role in a tech-driven environment.
- Execution-oriented: Highly organized, skilled in managing multiple work streams, and able to make trade-offs to ensure timely delivery.
- Customer empathy: Passionate about understanding customer pain points and delivering solutions that exceed their expectations.
- Impact-driven: Understand how your work drives business success and focus on high-impact projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills: Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and rally teams around shared goals.
