Description
As a Lead Product Owner, you will play a key role in our agile product development process. This position involves collaborating closely with the Lead Product Manager, cross-functional Scrum teams, internal departments, operations teams, and clients to shape and execute plans that align with our product roadmap. You will oversee the delivery process, ensuring alignment with the strategic vision and monitoring key performance indicators for success. Your expertise in product functionality will be crucial for effective release schedules and maintaining the product backlog. This role involves a mix of tactical planning and attention to detail, with a remote work environment that includes occasional travel (approximately 5%).
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize and translate roadmap initiatives into actionable plans that meet product requirements and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication among cross-functional stakeholders, providing clear updates on statuses and potential blockers.
- Proactively address level 3 support issues and enhancements.
- Gather and communicate client feedback, including timeframes and adoption insights.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Professional Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:
- 5+ years of experience in Agile methodology, including managing product plans through the full product lifecycle.
- Experience in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment with regular departmental engagement.
- Proven experience with customer and support team interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple complex products or a single platform with minimal oversight.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to translate client support issues into actionable development tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree.
