The Opportunity
As a Data Entry Specialist (Mapping Associate), you will play a key role in ensuring that all sports, concert, and theater event information on our platform is accurate and up-to-date. This role involves researching and auditing event listings, standardizing event details across different sellers, and collaborating with marketing teams to enhance ticket sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, compile, and maintain accurate event details (date, time, location, venue configuration, etc.) for a wide array of live events in the sports and entertainment industry.
- Ensure consistency in event names and attributes across our platform, making sure that seller listings are accurately linked to venue seating locations.
- Continuously audit event and venue information to ensure accuracy on our website.
- Work closely with marketing managers to update critical event information and support ticket sales operations.
- Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment to enhance the customer experience.
- Conduct large data gathering and analysis projects related to event information.

- Contribute to improving our processes and methods to support business goals.
- Build and maintain relationships to help drive team success.
- Gain a full understanding of the mapping process, including event creation and support.
What You'll Bring
- A bachelor's degree in business analysis, finance, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
- Impeccable attention to detail with the ability to analyze industry trends.
- Highly organized and comfortable working with large datasets.
- Enjoys working in a supportive team environment but can also take the lead on tasks independently.
- A strong interest in sports and entertainment events, performers, teams, and venues.
Work Schedule
- Training: The first three weeks are Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, in-person, and paid.
- Regular Hours: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM. Days off vary by week (Sunday/Monday, Tuesday/Saturday, Thursday/Saturday, Friday/Sunday).
- Hybrid Work: After training, you will work three days in the office and two days remotely.
Compensation
- Annual Salary: $40,000
- Bonuses: Bi-annual bonuses and annual equity opportunities
