Responsibilities
- Efficiently process incoming and outgoing checks
- Responsible for the accurate matching of backup to printed checks
- Identify and rectify check printing errors
- Obtain necessary signatures for finalized checks
- Prepare checks for mailing
- Process installment billings and client statements
- Conduct research on suspense items that haven’t cleared
- Keep an updated list of carrier website passwords and login information
- Handle incoming mail and direct it to the appropriate department
- Maintain and update vendor records and account details
