Data Analyst
We are seeking a Data Analyst SME to provide technical and management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments. The SME will establish goals and plans that meet project objectives and support our mission of enhancing data-driven decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide data and build/analyze trends and indicators to inform decision-making.
- Enhance team efficiency through the automation of data collection, formatting, and customer deliverables.
- Offer data science expertise to strengthen proactive monitoring programs.
- Analyze information from various sources to prepare accurate reports, summaries, and responses to inquiries.
- Manage data compilation, cataloging, distribution, and retrieval.
- Participate in ad hoc data projects, generating actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Collect data and generate basic reports in response to client inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand client needs and develop top-tier analytical solutions.
- Accurately enter data into databases, documents, or spreadsheets.
- Lead the development of project requirements from inception to completion for complex programs.
- Provide strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise to program and project staff.
- Conduct detailed analysis and evaluations, offering recommendations for improvements, optimization, and solutions to critical challenges.
- Consult with clients to define needs, supervise studies, and analyze data to offer recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Required:
- Active and current TOP SECRET federal security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ten or more years of experience in data analysis and/or data science.
- Preferred:
- Experience providing UAM (User Activity Monitoring) analytics support for federal programs.
Compensation:
The annual salary range for this position is $144,400.00 to $216,600.00, with compensation dependent on factors such as skill sets, experience, security clearances, and other business needs.
