We're hiring an Office Administrator to manage the daily operations for our client's gorgeous corporate office in Santa Monica, CA. You will work for an investment firm that oversees over $12 billion in assets. This is a multifaceted role involving administrative tasks, maintaining a professional office environment, and assisting the Human Resources team. This is a contract to hire position, and the salary range is $70-$85K. You will work onsite Monday-Thursday and have the option to work remotely on Fridays. About the Role:
Main tasks include:
- Streamlining office policies and operations
- Overseeing inventory of office and kitchen supplies, furniture, and equipment
- Supporting onboarding and office arrangement for new hires
- Collaborating with third-party IT team for equipment inventory
- Managing repair/maintenance work orders
- Helping to facilitate on-site investor/client meetings
- Being the primary contact for visitors, clients, and vendors
- Managing incoming calls and office mail
- Assisting with in-office events and the annual holiday party
- Undertaking tasks and projects as delegated by the HR department
Responsibilities:
At least three years of experience in a similar role
Required Skills:
Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
Pay range and compensation package:
Pay range is $70-$85K
