Job Description
The HR Associate will provide support across various HR functions. This includes recruiting support, benefits management, coordinating L&D events, handling culture events, and processing invoices & contracts for the HR/talent team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide recruiting support (scheduling candidates, writing interview agendas)
- Support benefits administration
- Coordinate L&D and culture events
- Assist with processing HR/talent team invoices & contracts
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of HR experience (HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, HR Admin roles preferred)
- Experience in industries like foundation, nonprofit, academics, higher ed, philanthropy, or tech
- Strong experience with recruiting support and benefits administration
Additional Details
- Dress Code: Business casual
- Start Date: September 30
- Length of Contract: 1 year
- Role Status: Temporary coverage; team needs assistance due to previous departures and lack of permanent headcount
- Work Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM (Onsite hours: 10 AM - 3 PM with flexible arrival/departure times)
- Remote/Onsite: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
