The Role:
The Education Coordinator will be responsible for supporting all education initiatives globally. This will include creating training materials, ordering and tracking gratis requests, and assisting with trainings when needed. This role will report to the Global Education + Events Manager and will work closely with our Retail and Field departments.
What YOU’ll do:
- Create and send approved gratis orders for North American and International field and education initiatives
- Coordinate the quarterly sampling quantities for the Field Team (domestic + international)
- Assist Global Education + Events Manager with the planning and design process of creating tools (i.e. training presentations, education documents) for master classes, brand fairs, and launch events led by field teams in store.
- Assist with external NSO Facilitation when needed
- Partner with the Creative team for assets and imagery
- Assist with in store trainings, in store events and retail events during launch activations
- Participate in meetings specific to EDU in identifying strategies to strengthen scopes of work
- Coordinate partnerships with the Retail Operations team
- Attend and support virtual training sessions for new store openings, launch updates, new retailer onboarding, train the trainer courses, and new hire product onboarding sessions.
- Organize and maintain records of all training product shipments and merch gifting sends and seeding for retailer education programs
We’d like YOU to have:
- 1-2 years of Education experience in the beauty industry preferred
- Experience with FedEx and Address Book management
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Google Drive, Google Slides, etc.)
- Experience using project management software (Asana, Smartsheets)
- Experience using platforms necessary to Global Educations (Rise Articulate, Google Classroom, etc.)
- An understanding or desire to learn more digital, virtual, and e-learning programs
- Experience or interest in managing global shipping processes
- An understanding of product and retailer trends
- Self-motivated and highly organized with an attention to detail
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
