S-3 Group is seeking an outstanding candidate to join our dynamic team in Washington, DC as an Executive Assistant.
Responsibilities Include:
- Act as the point of contact among Partners, Principles, Clients, and external Government Offices.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage calendars and set up meetings
- Collect, organize, process content and information as needed
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Make lunch and dinner arrangements among clients and contacts
- Keep up with office supplies and house needs, to include facility repairs
- Assist Partners and Principles with their office supplies and technology needs
- Operate printers, copiers, and other office equipment
- Schedule, plan, stage and facilitate office fundraisers and receptions
- Schedule, plan, and stage in person meetings and technology set up for hybrid conference calls.
- Walk up and down stairs with frequency and lift 10-20 pounds at a time
- Maintain a working knowledge of ethical processes and procedures
- Schedule, plan, and facilitate annual and holiday office events
Requirements and Skills:
- Previous experience working as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Capitol Hill experience a plus
- Customer Service experience in any capacity, preferably: travel, hotel management, restaurant service and/or catering
- Outstanding initiative, organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with office equipment and computer operation
- Experience with Microsoft Office products to include: Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive and SharePoint
- Experience with virtual meeting platforms like Teams, Zoom, and WebEx
- Experience with Apple products and associated applications
- Experience with Adobe products preferred especially inDesign
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Undergraduate degree preferred
