This role is integral for our team, focusing on managing all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. Responsibilities
- Managing financial transactions, including billing, credit cards, and payroll
- Ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date
- Conducting bank reconciliations regularly
- Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary
- Processing customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining accurate customer credit records
- Overseeing the processing of payroll via third party services
- Carrying out bookkeeping duties including data entry and month-end close
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks for various financial tasks
- Handling account reconciliation and accounts payable/receivable tasks.
