The Digital Marketing Strategist is a critical role within our marketing team, responsible for aligning our brand's digital strategy with core marketing goals. This position acts as a key liaison between overall marketing efforts and their digital counterparts, ensuring a consistent and effective brand presence across all digital platforms from our Website, Google Search & Display Network and YouTube channel. The strategist will facilitate seamless digital experiences, manage analytics platforms and champion the application of current marketing trends.
Responsibilities:
- Bolster the organization's digital footprint, striving to establish a reputable and authoritative online presence through strategic content and targeted engagement
- Identify Content Optimization Opportunities: monitor SEO and SEM to improve search rankings and enhance usability and design with new content and website analytics
- Lead Digital Ecosystem Analytics: own measurement dashboard demonstrating impact and effectiveness of all Marketing efforts (paid, owned, earned) and identify opportunities to test and learn new approaches
- Manage Website Health: configure & update website layout, content, features and customer journey; liaising with the marketing leaders and web developers
- Maintain Digital Paid Channel Relationships across Google platforms
- Assist in the execution, launch and optimization of campaigns across digital platforms and search engines
- Aid in email marketing and email campaigns launches to develop integrated email and web strategy
- Assist in developing new marketing initiatives to grow our brand
- Stay current with industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth
- What You Need to Succeed
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel)
- Certified in both Google Analytics and Google Ads
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization and marketing automation tools (NetResults or similar)
- Strong knowledge of keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies
- In-depth familiarity with tools like Google Search Console and SEMRush
- Solid knowledge of CMS tools, WordPress is a must.
- Zoho and Meltwater experience a plus
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
Experience needed/required: A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a similar role
