**Job Description:**
We are seeking candidates with experience in call centers or substantial customer service experience, even if it was face-to-face. Ideal candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills and have experience working with vulnerable populations such as children or the elderly.
Experience in healthcare is a plus but not required; we are happy to provide training for those willing to learn. Bilingualism is preferred as the role involves serving as a multi-skilled agent.
Candidates must be prepared to attend training sessions and mandatory meetings at our Charles St office. A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are essential, as all calls are recorded.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word and some Excel functions (such as data entry and managing columns or rows), are advantageous. These skills may open up opportunities for involvement in special projects.
Our current shift options are 8 AM - 4 PM, 9 AM - 5 PM, 10 AM - 6 PM, and 12 PM - 8 PM. Initially, most reps will work the 9 AM - 5 PM shift.
