HRIS Project / Program Manager
Key Purpose
The
HRIS Project / Program Manager will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific HRIS related projects across the organization, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals. This role will report to the Director of HRIS.
The HRIS Project Manager position requires a high level of functional understanding of HRIS systems, including (but not limited to) Paradox, SuccessFactors (P@ISS) and JDE. This position will be required to lead a cross-functional team through the successful completion of an assigned project, based on defined specifications, on-time, within budget and with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Areas of Collaboration and Influence
- Leads cross-functional projects and programs from start to completion including project scoping, initiation, budgeting, scheduling, implementation and close-out
- Analyzes and understands the capabilities of projects and programs, the drivers for success and the solutions needed to successfully manage the vendor relationship and ISS expectations
- Collaborates and communicates with various teams across the company as well as external vendors so that information is disseminated effectively and ensures timely communication of all updates to relevant stakeholders
- Participates in project groups and meetings as required
- Tracks and documents critical project components and milestones
- Ensures all functions remain on schedule, escalates and resolves issues, and ensures that the projects and programs are completed successfully, on-time and based on agreed upon specifications
- Understands upcoming priorities in partnership with internal and external stakeholders, and links project delivery to the needs of the business
- Deploys relevant projects following the global / local standards while having complete ownership of project roll out and completion
Education, Experience & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or another related field or equivalent related experience
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Demonstrated organizational and communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of organizational and HR data is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional team members and customers at all levels of the organization
- High level of organization and ability to prioritize
- Ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to operate with an extreme sense of urgency

The annual salary range for this position is $100000 per year - $110000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills, and may vary from the range listed above.
